I have a question to ask. If I am wanting copies of my C-file and my SMR's will the NPRC send me both or will they only send me my military personel file. I want to make sure that i have everything that I need to take to my new doctor on january 10th. I have my Medical records from the VA hospital but see no SMR's.

If NPRC/RMC has already sent your SMR's to the VA you may have to request them there. Just clarify in your request exactly what you are needing.

My medical records appear to have compensation and pension exam information in it for all of my claimed disabilities. Should i still request a copy of my c-file from my VAro?
