for 0% and above, award letters will be sent to the veteran and hopefully some of those will be posted on ebenefits

I do not feel an AB8 will show if there is no monetary benefit being provided.

I was just wondering because I have the AB4 and AB7, with 10 point letter, but no AB8 has shown up.
