They are asking for evidence I have already submitted. The due date is 3/13, one day before my 63rd birthday. That's funny as it is also my age on the benefits explorer page. Hmmm. Everything on my FDC claim (increase) submitted in Dec 2012 is gone since this weekend. Shows the claim but nothing been submitted what a piece of junk. Bay Pines was in the news several years back for a million wasted on some BS VHA / VAMC computer program, that was nothing from the get-go, but a dud. 71M10 Posted February 20, 2013 Share Posted February 20, 2013 No button, hence no option to upload information pertaining to my dependent claim. It has been "received" since 06/25/2012 and nothing else. I guess this is a clear indication that theVA wants to call everything a claim, but all claims are not equall. Maybe I should be thankfull, tried to call the 800 number today for a status update on the DRO appeal, was told to use eBenefits/VA website to answer my question. Well my last two IRIS's submitted in December still havn't been responded to, so much for 5 days! So I filed a complaint on the lack of service. I also pointed out in a new inquiry that them removing my son from the award was contrary to published VA policy. Well I hope the button helps others!
