Acquired Hemolytic Anemia

Question

Has anybody had any luck with winning a claim for acquires hemolytic anemia? I have the labs going back to svc (elevated bilirubin with slight jaundice). I have also contacted dr bash (to early?). Any opinions in a plan of attack would be greatly appreciated. Requesting a Dro review on topic and hoping for any other angles.

Respectfully

T8r

Hmmm Interesting Info I may need to do a little more research on my issues, I to have been told a lot of what the original poster here as, hemolytic anemia and NASH, Now most of my 20 years since service Also been fighting Diabetes. Liver is 0% SC since I got out with all these issues (VA Removed Galblader). Now I hate the fact the E-Benefits doesn't show 0% ratings I think it should be but I know it's in my records Seen it just 4 months ago when I made my Service Representive pull the file to review it....maybe I should have fought a little more back then but I fought enough to get it SC @ 0% assuming it may become problematic. Now the fight begins. I hope you had good results....I requested a Endo consult at my VA to see what they can tell me before I file a Increase and Secondary Diabetes and PN as secondary.
