New Disabled Vet

Dorothy

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone. My name is Dorothy. I am a disable veteran rated at 60%. But I have to say the rating took many years to get. Aproximately 20 years. I got out of the U.S. Army in 1985 and filed my claimed in 1986 for service-connected hypertensive cardiovascular disease and was finally granted it in 2004. So I have had a long hard battle and a very tough fight. I found this site yesterday and I wished I had this when I began my journey with VA. Nevertheless, I trully appreciate the work that everyone has done here. Thanks to all of you.
