I don't know what the update was or what changes they were making but they have totally wiped out or E-benefits is no longer pulling up my DEERS information!! ncjoe1970 Posted September 11, 2013 Author Share Posted September 11, 2013 I emailed the VA last week in reference to the problem and this was their reply: Discussion Thread Response via Email (Dept of Veterans Affais) 09/09/2013 04:06 PM The handbook will be unavailable online until we can ensure that it will be secure inside the adobe reader, and that upon exit, the file will not be assessable.
