Question

I have chronic lower back pain service connected and rated @20%. I hare been diagonosed w/osteoporois in the L-4/L-5 and documented as "High Risk Fracture". Can this be claimed as secondary to the back strain?

Probably if your initial service connection for lower back can be connected to the Osteoporosis. Your doctor has to say that your SC conditon caused or aggravated the osteoporosis. That is just my opinion. I bet it can be connected but you need a good medical opinion from a back specialist to back up your claim.
