"rating" Phase Vs. "decision" Phase

What is the difference between the phases? Ebenny says im in "rating " phase as of 08/07/2013 when my claim went to prep for decision. Each time I speak with peggy they have always said im in "rating" phase. Today peggy says I in "decision" phase, but still no updates on ebenny. What's going on?

Rating phase and prep for decision phase is the same thing.

ebenefits does not have a section for "rating" phase.

If you go to ebenefits and hoover your cursor over the claims process sections

it will explain that part of the process to you.

DON'T LISTEN to the 800 # (Peggy).

ebenefits is not always accurate.
