A funny thing happened while I was trying to chase down my Cfile. I found out I'm rated at 100% effective 1 Jun 06. I still don't know anything else ( I have not received the letter, was sent out on the 23rd) except there are no future examinations scheduled.

More than likely the retro date there might be wrong-you can challenge that with a NOD.

Did you have a C & P on that date?

I agree with Berta. Don't know the details of your claim, but the retro date does sound a little strange, but maybe not. As she stated, you can always appeal the retro date if need be.
