Will I Escape My Anti-Social World

Question

Well this is a new thread. I have completed a 16 week course of psychotherapy in a group of about 10-15 people. I have realized I prefer being alone away from strangers. I hate going to hospitals and it's a bunch of STrANGE individuals around me. Right now I'm feeling extra jittery lightheaded shaky all of the above. My question is how will psychs are MEDS stop these crazy thoughts that I have. Will I stay jittery. I swear I take about close to tn pills a day my primary are physician says that my liver points are up. It could be because of the pills I don't know. That's one reason I been paranoid of going to the doctor. When I didn't go to the doctor all my lab results was fine. Now that I keep current with doctors it seems my health s getting worse and worse. Ok I'm 90% disabled my income is ok and stable but it as done nothing far as my mind and the way I think. So I realize like a said months ago no money in the world would benefit you if your mind isn't right. So yes I plan on staying in therapy just not group counseling. I will only leave the house for doctor visits and psych visits. I will avoid being around strangers because I still have a very violent side that's easily provoked. This February I turn 40. Will I part I doubt it. I have no real. Desire to party with others. Even with my family I have mild desires of being with. So this is where I'm at right now. My insurance waiver has been waived for 10,000 dollars of insurance I called the insurance to check and make sure I was right because in my health right now death. Is certan to my future. I told her I was 90% disabled and my fees was waived she said the only way it was waived if I was Lund totally disabled. So I guess they got me at 10O% disable they just haven't told me. I don't know. I plan on calling the 800 number to check to see if I need to submit anything for the tdiu part of my claim. OOOOH well today starts a new chapter of my life after group therapy. Once again THANX for having me one more time. This place have helped me get through many miserable nights when insomnia reared it's ugly head after I wrote out my thoughts on here I was able to go to sleep so I guess venting helps

I DON'T TRUST ANYBODY. To tell y'all the truth I don't even look at people in the face. I keep my head down to avoid conflict. It's just so many rude idiotic people that it's pathetic. If the laws was different I would move to Arkansas woods and be all by my lonely. People just don't have respect these days. I really ppreciate having a place where people feel the same as I feel. I try to talk to people about my issues and none of them understand. Yes a anti social party sounds fun. Everybody come but nobody talk to each other. :-). Thanx soldiers for chiming in its good to know its people that have the same feelings I have.

your not alone, I dont look at people in the face either when im shopping. where aia grew up u just donrt gawk at people, a quick glance or glance and a nod, then move on. Here they will look at you like you are a alien from out of space, observing you like a circus act. so not even giving them a chance to eyeball you, by avoiding eye contact works great. it is the ultimate form of disconnecting, when u dont even acknowledge thier presence. If I am in line somewhere and someone is using thier cell phone, and that causes me to wait any additional time, that enrages me, and makes me want to throw thier phone on the floor and stomp it.

I think it is just a matter of too many people everywhere u go. like ants in a huge antpile, a big rat race where everyone is out for themselves. I love to watch the current shows abt the guys living in the interior of alaska, away from the big cities, living subsesitince lifestlyes. They are so in touch with nature, and the wonders of life, and nature, because they are away from the human element, where one human is infringing on another human, and everything in daily life revolves around interaction with other humans.

Life means something different to them, because they must earn it everyday. Its abt survival, and co existing with nature. and they are quite happy.

I love that "Life below zero" show!! If I were younger, I'd go now but due to my age and anticipated future health needs, I don't want to take the chance. Looks like a great way to live and I mean really live. jmo

I prefer living in a rural area. I don't need those so-called friends. again, jmo

No one gets outta here alive, so it doesn't matter what others think.

Be comfortable in your own skin and live how pleases you best.

We're on your side - Go Airborne! (we wingnuts always wanted to say that)
