C&p When?

Rate this question

Question

I have been at 'Review of Evidence' on my FDC for 4 months.

Question I have is, at which stage of the process is the C&P scheduled? Am I at that point? or is it further at Prep for Decision?

VBA decision makers have the authority to decide if a C&P is needed to develop the claim/issues.

They provide specific instruction to the examiner and arrange to have an exam

scheduled.

I'm sure one can REQUEST a C&P, it may or may not be scheduled.

Personally, I'd go get a supportive IME/IMO - completed DBQ if applicable

and submit it in person to my VARO and leave with a date stamped copy.

JMHO

IME/IMO don't know what that is.

DBQ ditto,

The VA Pshycologist is the one who said I have PTSD. She noted my stressor in a report and she wrote it all in my file too.

I was told if I submit any Evidence it will move me backwards in the system to 'Gathering'.

I suppose I am just nervous like everyone else here while I get passed from in-box to out-box and nothing happens. Or so it seems to me.

Knowing some bearocrat has my future in thier hands and they know nothing about my needs other than what is allowed to be reported on forms is really just making us just someones paperwork instead of humans.

USDART,

I wanted to submit evidence as my VSO did not give all that I informed him to do. We can not submit the evidence unless we want the claim to take another 2 years. Just wait and see what the result is as I will do, and if we don't get favorable decisions then atleast we have learned from our mistakes. I have known a lot of guys on here and thru friends that all got what they deserved in the end. That is the purpose of a good forum like this that shows us our mistakes, and we learn from them and help others who deserve better. God bless you bud and I think that everything will be alright for us in the end. May we all have an early Christmas.

Thanks..I appreciate the spirit lift you folks always help with.

Too bad the VA doesn't have this 'bedside manner' (or at least in my experiance anyway).
