Shyne-I Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 I actually went from under review to gathering of evidence!!! but it's saying that they need me to fill out a form for IU. I already submitted that form!! Then it says...You filed a claim for. The notice of disagreement was filed. You were denied on. This decision was final as of. The deadline has passed so you must submit new and material evidence in order to open a new claim. It read exactly the way I typed it and I don't know WTH they are talking about!! Yes...its down. There's a message on the homepage that says they are having tech difficulties and login is down. No estimate for fixing.
