One is background on the exam etc and the second is the list of GW environmental health coordinators. Find the one listed at your VA hospital and contact them directly to set up your exam. I did that and had an exam within 3 weeks. http://www.publichealth.va.gov/exposures/gulfwar/benefits/registry-exam.asp background on the program http://www.publichealth.va.gov/exposures/coordinators.asp use this page to find your coordinators name, phone and email to set up your exam with them.
