Combined Ratings Table Versus Calculator

Rate this question

NavyWife

Question

Can someone help me figure this out. I'm getting 2 different numbers when I enter ratings into the combined ratings table versus the ratings calculator.

80 plus 70 plus 10 on the combined rating table, I'm getting 100%.

80 combined with 70 gives 94,

then 94 combined with 10 gives 95,

which rounds up to 100%.

But on the ratings calculator, it says 94.6% with a rounded number of 90%.

94.6 would be 95 percent. which rounds to 100.

Using Hutsky's calculator I come up with a 95 and that bumps to 100. But, using Hadit's calculator I get a 94.28 which drops to a 90.

I'm a bit confused and would appreciate some help. These are the percentages to be figured:

NavyWife,

The only ratings table I would depend on is the one PR cited: 38 cfr 4.125. This is a federal regulation and this ratings table is the only one the VA recognizes and has to abide by.

Your total combined rating is a 95% rounded up to 100%. JMO
