C&p Exams From 2012

Question

My father had a C&P exam in December and I got it from myhealthevet,

My father had 2 C&P exams in 2012 that don't show up on there.

He's got a box of a lot of his records from the VA when he got them in Jan 2013 but we haven't seen them in those records.
We've seen things like progress notes, radiology, medical package information, vitals, consult requests, discharge summaries.

Do you have to request them separately from his other records?

Thanks for any help.

Do you have blue button authentication on my healthy vet? If so, choose the month or 2 around when they took place. They should be there. If not then you have to request it from the VARO. Hope it works out the easier was (my healthy vet), also use eBenefits to see stages the claim is at.

send the VARO a request for all C/P exams. You may want to request a copy of your c-file as well.

meg--

can you clarify?

I have a written request into the VARO for a copy of c-file.

Do I need to mail a separate request for C&P exams ? or would they be in the cfile? C&P's were done between 1995-1998 so they don't show up in bluebutton
