Can anyone give advise, I had my claim move from prep for decision to under review, I contacted my vso and he said I was rated and they wanted a doc opinion. I filed my claim in 1-31-13, was denied my bilateral knee condition and feet, and got 10% for tinnitus andit closed in May of 13, then reopened 4 days later. I am currently being treated for my knees at the va hospital for my patella and arthritis in both knees.. I am confused. Has any one had any similar thing happen.
