Question

I had 2 C&Ps at Gainesville VA on 6 February, and today I see on Ebenefits that they have been completed and sent to VBA. Granted I had these done for an MEB board. I am/have been rated 70% ptsd since mar 2005. I had another C&P Sep 2008 that my rating stayed the same. The Question I have is….I see that the C&P was completed and sent back on 7 Feb, however on MyHealth Evet, it states "You May not view this completed C&P exam". It was done at the VA in Gainesville, by presumably a VA doc. I have never had this message or statement before, so I am concerned. Has anyone ever had this happen?

Thank you

Yes, the third one in 8 years, except this one was for the Army MEB. I have another one on the in a couple weeks for a I/U claim I submitted.

They usually dont want to post the results of a MH exam.

They are very secret about them as thesed claims are supposed to be locked up.

Some folks get the results anyhow. You may have to make a trip to Medical records at the VAMC you had the exam.

OHH I don't think I can make another 5 hour trip to get that. It was hard enough the first time. I wonder if I can go to my local VA here and get them. I have had C&Ps here before and was able to go to FOI a few days or week later to get a copy of C&P. It sucked having to drive that far for a MH C&P.
