Question

"Hi Berta, I was wondering if you could post a question for me on Hadit? I haven't posted anything since T-Bird changed the site.

I am certain that a person(s) at the Buffalo VARO committed a fraud when this misrepresented the facts to the BVA by informing them that I had 'Withdrawn all of my Appeal Issues" dating back to 2001-2004.

They regrouped all of the issues( which they fraudulently wiped from the system) under one appeal and sent an appeal election form and VACC Notice, which I haven't returned.

What legal rights do I have."

Will check the VBM for this vet too-

this is one of my email long term friends and hadit member who has actively taken on the Buffalo VARO due to the rigamorale he went through and is still going through-

a true PRO active veteran-

-thanks all for any input-on his question and

Does he have to re-register to get to this new board?

I would ask the RO to produce a signed statement requesting the withdrawl and see what thy come up with. If the guy has a SO the SO could have done this and the veteran forgot or signed the document without paying attention. Sometimes VSO's like to withdraw stuff they do not think will prevail.
