Blue Water Ao Widows

If you are a widow whose husband had VSM and was Blue Water Navy- and he died of a AO presumtive disability and VA had denied your DIC or you never applied,

this is the email I received from NVLSP:

(Take this to your vet rep and if they dont understand it-contact me under any AO topic here and I will email them.)
