To selectively delete cookies.

1. Tool bar -- Tools

2. Internet options.

3. Settings.

4. View Files

5. highlight and delete cookies that you do not want. You can hold ALT key and high-light several cookies in the same dump. You must know which cookies that you want to keep and do not select them.

This will eliminate a bogged down system (Adware). Adware drags your PC system down by collecting and reporting information back to a server.

Very good. Also emptying out unneeded emails from your email in-box, dumping files in your downloads folder that have already been installed and emptying your temporary folder if you have one can help.

Also anytime you do remove much or add much to your computer remember to defrag. Linux and Mac don't need this near as much but it is very helpful on any Windows system. :D
