STATEMENTS IN SUPPORT---The VA has basically ignored most everything I have written to them, they have never answered a question I sent in a NOD or any other piece of paper, and beleive me I have asked allot of questions. So I am wondering do they read a cover letter that one of us may write when submitting additional evidence? I have started using statements in support of claims, I will no longer address a issue any other way. And also always send through a VSO or other 3rd party.

VCAA PRE DECISION NOTICE, anyone have one? I would like to see a scanned one, I believe they messed up and didnt do this either when they did my case..........OK correction just found this on the web and I remember I did get one of these letters. I didnt have any additional evidence at the time and didnt respond to it.
