They would question 10,000 to find 1 who has received great treatment at their VAMC. They would then use that one person as a shining example of the treatment everyone receives at VA hospitals. The VA also had records including credit reports that were run when I went to School on GI Bill and mortgage included. Don't forget that some VA keeps their own records including Administrative, Fee Service, Voc Rehab and some Dental. You have to name what your request to insure that you get them.
