That's one wasted space, because we all know the VA doesn't gather anything! Maybe the VA should use the K.I.S.S. method Claim->Decision->Notice.

My claim has been gathering evidence for a year. Now they are sending me for a C&P. They are gathering more evidence.

I been in claim recieved twice now and never once on two claims I made did I go through the various steps unless it was within like an hour and I didn't notice it.
