Question
Berta
If you have the NYSDVA on your POA and have reason to believe you have not gotten adequate representation, send me a brief PM as to why you believe that occurred and I will see what I can do-I am focusing on claims filed at the Bath Office of NYSDVA.
If the RO denied your claim and you did not get VCAA election notice and statement specific to what evidence you need- or if your evidence is being ignored by the Buffalo VARO- pertinent medical evidence that they are not addressing in any SOC or SSOC-
and you feel that your POA (NYSDVA) is not being responsive to you-PM me and I will see what I can do.
If your claim went to the BVA give me a docket and citation for it and that too might reveal they messed up your claim.
