End All Backlog By 2015?

Rate this question

Question

I heard President Obama and VA Secretary told press their goal is to end all backlog by 2015. Is this true?

Is that a good thing or bad thing for us because won't they just rush the process (rushing menas less accurate I am guessing).

Thankse everyone.

I am still waiting for my decision (been fighting since 02/06/2014).

Orange is the new black. I do not trust Ebenefits. I send my claims in by mail from now on as I did for years. If I have a certified/return receipt showing the VA got my claim on a certain date or a date stamped copy of my claim then I know the correct date.

I don't trust ebenefits with tracking claims either. However, there are numerous and positive reasons for have access to ebenefits. As a former, employee with the Postal Service a certified/return receipt is a certifiable CYA. Especially, when dealing with the VA.

Congressman Filner grilled Gen. Hickey several years ago about this finish date. She said they would be finished up in 2015 with complete update to electronic records.

I was thinking you said that last time Hickey. Don't believe anything they say. You will be better off.

My goal is to live to the ripe old age of 80, and I believe I have a better shot at that than the VA has of clearing the backlog by 2015.
