Shinseki HAS kept his promises...the ones made to VA executives and their bonuses. However, he hasnt done so well for Veterans:

JMHO. Give the Gen. a chance to clean up the mess, that we all know took decades to make.

Again, don't rush to judgment.

This isn't McDonalds, It won't be a fast food job.
