Quote Button Will Work For Me To Post Correctly?

I have read the instruction and keep working with the quote button, but I cannot post correctly?

Does anyone have the time to tell me what to do after you click on the quote button. It is showing blue and when I click on it, it does turn red, but then what is susposed to happen next. Nothing is happening for me.

If you wait a message window with the quote in it will pop up. I usually hit enter a couple of times to move down a couple of spaces for my message. Hope this helps.

I am still working with the quote button. Maybe it is just stubborn. So far nothing.
