attachicon.giffractured spine.pdf

heres the best I can make out and really not sure.

patient has apparantly old fractures involving first interarticular process of L4 vertebre. Seal belt injury ? old (doctor is not sure either if the injury is old or new, or is not sure what caused injury, but definitely acknowledges an injury).. THEN EITHER say supports orthopedic condition or suggests orthopedic evaluation?? or maybe suggest orthopedic consultation?

I agree with this, that is what I can make of the Drs. writing.

I think he wants an Ortho consult, he thinks you may have an old injury. I have any idea what a seal or seat belt injury. If any of my Drs wrote this I would be on the phone asking the nurse what he wrote, MHO
