Can't Sign In To Ebenefits

Question

When I tried to sign in to my eBenefits premium account yesterday it said the password had expired and I needed to change password. But, when I try to change it, it will not recognize the new password and just keeps going in a loop and saying password needs changed. So, now I can't sign in at all. Is there a technical support for the site? Can't imagine not having access.

Thank you for your service.

The ebenefits technical help line number is 1-800-983-0937, hours are M-F, 8am to 8pm; this comes from the ebenefits website "contact" link; I hope this helps.

Kate, the eBenefts web site or part of it is down again for "maintenance". This seems to happen a lot on weekends, especially when we need to use it! I logged on early this am, and saw 2 messages about site going down.

Yeah, the eBennies website was "glitchy" this afternoon right when I was tring to upload an FDC, of course. I was able to log on to it just now (9:06 pm PDST). Not sure about the password troubles, though.
