The Dav Did Me Again!

So I get my new SO with the AL, but before that I FAXED my NOD with a request for a DRO hearing and the correct VA form for the NOD, I had a cover letter addressed to the VARO.

So Friday I get a letter from the DAV GUESS WHAT THE DAV DID!!!!

THE DAV SO SENT IN MY DOCUMENTS AS A "RECONSIDERATION" WTF!!!!!

Attached is the letter I received from the DAV on Friday.

Ive had the AL. tex vet, DAV, and lost every time. ive been getting beat up since 95.,(thanks to them) but finally learned. you need to do it yourself, or hire a pro.

I emailed my ALSO yesterday, told him what happened. He emailed me back this morning and said let the reconsider happen, if I lose I can send in a NOD, go to the BVA. I agree, the case in the Notification Phase and will get a decision between August and November. I am still upset with the DAV, I sent them an email expressing my feelings.

. there is no reconsideration. there is a reopen, a appeal, or acceptance, or DRO hearing. you may want to clarify exactly what he means by reconsideration. it seems service officers like to call REOPENS reconsiderations . it sounds nice, but.. you will lose your initial filing date/

Correct I realize that, that is why I pissed off. I know it is a reopen, new claim date, loss of back pay. The GD thing is in notification phase, The FN DAV did this without my written consent. I filed the original claim last November.
