Question

My increase for my back was not approve because they said.i.didn't show a 12 month history of been in pain.even though the mri showed severe ddd L4.S1. I'm in severe pain everyday but do not go.to the va everyday about it. Any advice on how I should rephrase my claim when I appeal lt? Thanks

Need more than that, mind was disapproved for the same an same reason from va. I made sure they knew the pain I was in when i Submitted my claim. Has to be something else we can put. Good luck

If you were taking prescription medication for your pain during the past twelve months you can obtain copies of your prescription records from your pharmacy. These along with your records showing periodic visits to the doctor for your pain should be adequate. If you don't have these records it will be difficult to prove a 12 month history of pain.
