Question

Hello all. I am new to the site and have perused the forums but do not see my specific question. I filed a request for IU in Sep 2013. At that point I was combined 80% SC. Thursday of this past week I received a call out of the blue telling me I had to be present on Friday for a C&P exam. I was surprised at the no notice situation, and because I had a C&P exam in April. At the exam the Dr, told me, and showed me, that he was informing them that I am unemployable due to the severity of my cervical spine issues (SC) resulting in my inability to stand for any period of time and the inability to perform sedentary tasks. When I got home I checked Ebenefits to see if there was any reference to the appt. My status had already gone from gathering of evidence to pending decision approval, Within another hour it had gone to preparation for decision and closed! I checked my AB8 and it showed an increase to 90%. The amount showed the sum for 90% as well. Does this mean that even with C&P evaluator's assessment that I am unemployable in any capacity that they denied the IU request? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for all the input. In Ebennies there is no commissary letter, and the "Amount paid" and percentage are the same. I'll just wait for the letter as suggested and hope it was deferred rather than denied.
