High chance I am goinf to get service connected for my ptsd, tbi, and tinnitus for sure due to my 3x combat deployment and combat mos.
My caim has been only 7 months x due I still get one year backpay?
My effective datw is 03/04/2014.
Thank you
San diego regional office ro judt told me I am going to get my rating within 14 days from now on.

One year back pay only works if not excluded from FDC. If that is what you're asking. http://www.va.gov/opa/pressrel/pressrelease.cfm?id=2464
