Unless you are 100%, you will not find anything about T&P.

If I was rated 100% without Permanent I would appeal the decision. All you need is a Doctor to say you won't be able to work. Do you get SSD. If so that is more proof that you should be permanent.

Thank you, I am at 80% right nkw and I just got approved for cpap for sleep apnea. My claim officer wants tk reopen that condition.

Congrats and I'm very happy for you. I just started 3 months ago but put in an informal claim during 12/2013 abd actualk claim went in 6/2014 so at least the date is saved.

What was your actual timeline from submissiome to completion? How many contenions did you put in for and which regional office was you claim at? Any suggestions or lessons learned that you can provide someone just starting like me?
