You can also go to ebonies and start another claim following the steps until you get to the ratings that they've already given you. Also, go into access my documents, click download VA letters and see what they've documented thus far. Another alternative is to go to my healtheVEt and as you scroll down the page with you address etc.... it may already show what you rating is in your health record.
