I also got $402 held from my check, here is the deal. If you have any kind of payment plan, whether for medications or any other thing. I found out that there was a computer glitch that caused this, and the additional deduction went towards my medication bill. I called them and they set up a refund for me, no telling when I will get it though. That is what happened to a lot of veterans today.
