Are there examples of already filled out Nexis Letters and DBQ's for each condition people have posted. Who can help to write them?

A medical doctor has to fill out the DBQ's and write the Nexus letters. There have been a few letters posted here from time to time, maybe try doing a search and see if any come up.

If it is for a mental health issue the DBQ must be completed by either a psychiatrist or a PhD level psychologist.
