Question

I have been receiving Disability Compensation since my separation 10/2008

traumatic brain injury (0 %) lumbosacral strain with degenerative disc disease (40%), right distal femur Osteochondroma (10%), PTSD (30%), Right shoud strain with Degenerative Joint Disease (0%), Titanitius (10%). I receive 70% overall rating for disability.

I went back in and requested increase on all on 9/15/2014.I also applied for unemployability. The weird thing is there is a claim for back only 11/2013 that is now in the preparation for Notification stage.. I do not know where they got that date? There are 2 claims in system 1 for 11/4/2013 and 9/15/2014. It also says If a new claim is submitted while an existing claim is pending, any new information will be consolidated with the pending claim.. So If they use the 11/4/2013 claim that is only for back,,, and the 9/15/2014 claim is for all... By the way I already went to my Dr appointment for my back 3 weeks ago..

I think they messed up because of the 11/4/2013 date. Has anyone had this issue... And how long does the Preparation for notication take to get complete...

Has anyone had this happen

Don't trust e-benefits to get it right. I have had the status bounce all over the place in one instance and then never, ever change in another.

Was your doc appt for your back a regular appt or a C&P?
