But I haven't won yet...... what I mean is, I thought my husband;'s death had meaning..... it did and it helped me to help other 1151 and FTCA vets or their survivors, but not enough.........and I continue to push on the Phoenix situation and told the Sec about what I know last week, that the VA has been hiding their true malpractice stats for decades.
