Anybody know what appointment for "PHARM CLINICAL PRIME" means? The pharmacy recently did cancel my anti-depressants but apparently the doc didn't get the word to write the prescription differently and I ended up at the ER circling despair and they are suppose to checking on what happened.

I can't figure out Pharm Clinical Prime but I don't like the sound of it.

Tbird, after a major medication screwup, the clinic wants to "reconcile" your medications--meaning they want to cover their butts and find some way to blame you instead of them. Our clinics have a pharmacist (with different letters after their names) who go over new medications and discuss medication problems with patient-Primary-pharmacy. I've had three of these in 4 years.

The Va is also trying to get rid of prescription narcotics, espeically pain killers. They are making it much more difficult to get narcotic pain killers. Expect to have to submit to a drug test in order to continue with narcotic pain meds.
