Va Slow To Log Received Nod

Rate this question

Question

veteran lawyer submitted a nod back 07/2014.

varo informs today they haven't a record of receiving the nod. i was told this usually means they haven't yet logged it into their system.

is this typical va time frame to getting around to log in nod's into their system, or did they lose it, or what?

lawyer has reciept of it being delivered. we may need to resubmit nod in a few weeks i'm told.

should i sit back and take this as typical va behaviour?

Most definitely typical - you've got a lawyer, let them deal with it and earn their keep.
