ptsd Social Security And Federal Retirement Disability

I have 50% for ptsd 30 ibs 20 hemorrhoid 20 back 10 titutus 10 left knee 10 right knee and 10 seizures.I recently put in claim for increase on ptsd and tbi I took a eeg for Tbi came back abnormal kind of scary. What you guys think is it hard to get Federal Retirement disability and social security? I'm 90 % disabled

Fers disablity: i If you cant do your job because of a disability and you dont accept another job or accomodation, then no problem except for the issue that OPM is a bunch of crooks just like the RO. There are only 4 people doing the entire fers disability system taking up to months to process a claim.

They denied the wife the first time. Good thing she had an attorney. If you do this, contact a firm like Harris Federal. They are good at what they do.

Man four people for whole fers that is sad . I'm with post office been out since June.

The wife went out in april and awarded in July. File for SSDI now as it is a requirement..

No, just time consuming.
