Question

Received my second reply from Dept. of Navy about Camp lejeune Water contamination. I was stationed there from 1981- 1984. They sent a questionaire to fill out and said they were with holding adjudicating my claim. I have a lawyer so I will call them up and see what they say about this. Would you believe i am getting more attention from this than with my VA Claims.

I was also stationed at Camp Lejeune from June 1966 to Jan 1968. I wasn't aware that the 1980's were included. I seem to have read somewhere there was a cutoff date for exposure to the toxic contamination from 1956 to 1969 or something like that. I too have a tort being handled by a law firm as a class action suit. I was told to expect a letter from the Dept of the Navy and not to respond to it. But, contact the law firm and advise them of receipt of the letter.
