0 Notorious Kelly Posted November 21, 2014 Share Posted November 21, 2014 Many state they have thoroughly reviewed the file but have time constraints and may have only scanned it, if that. Best to assume they have not read it and build your own case with evidence; I've handed evidence to C&P examiners that I had submitted yet they had not seen.
