The possible problems I see are - - -

The age (70) (I'm just a few months shy of that!) This can help or hurt. Some consider 70 to be unemployable strictly on age.

Employers make exceptions, usually due to long service or expertise, or for low paying positions.

Your current percentage. 30% for PTSD is a bit low as I see it.

Basically, the VA will favor age related rather than service connected when possible.
