Question

The Social Security Administration has made 2 appointments for me in January. One for my PTSD and one for back problems. I have heard it is a sign that they are trying to deny you if they send you to a private doctor, which they are doing in my case.

any input appreciated.

Crap! I totally forgot to submit that. I had such a hard time being there that I forgot a whole bunch of things. Did you have to physically turn that in or is there a way to scan and submit things to the SSA

After doing some research I expect a denial for SSDI. The reason bbeing I did not filecmy claimm electronically. It appears that applications filed in person like mine end up with insufficient medical records. Even though you sign a release the records somehow don't end up with SSA , I don't know if this is VA,s fault or Social Security's fault. I turned in my VA decision and will. Turn in my C and P results but they asked me not to turn in medical records since they'll get them for me.

MORAL OF THE STORY FILE YOUR SSDI APPLICATION ONLINE SO YOU know what's in your file.

Mike,

Most folks are denied twice and then get lawyer or take other action to see ALJ (Judge) to fight and win; I don't think it matters whether you file online or in person.

Continue to research and improve your claim and bring notes to exams to not miss important points on your conditions and how they negatively impact your ability to work.

Chin up!
