I downloaded the letter and it says veteran has has a combined rating of 100%. That was the only letter posted so far. Just in time for the holidays. I read all of the letters and it states I am 100% P&T with no future exams. The only thing I can't understand is how they gave me a effective date of December 1st 2014.
