My Claim Approved Without Dependents?

Rate this question

Question

My claim was in the completed stage today. Do I wait for the BBE and retro pay to it prior to correcting my dependents? I am married with a child. I do not want to correct it and delay the process. Please advise.

Does the claim paperwork show that you have dependents?

To avoid delay, I'd likely wait and see what the actual in writing award says, and what forms and so forth were sent with the award notice.

This is SOP for VA to put Veterans on hampster wheel. Alison Hickey was supposed to have fixed this, but, dont count on it.

Dependents should be able to be added immediately, not get into another long, long line. Employees, tho, dont pay much attention to Alison Hickey. She is a "big dog" who is far away.
