100% P&t And Unemployable?

Rate this question

JayBrown1

Question

I have asked the VA to Clarify my rating and got a letter stating that I have a combined rating of 100% P&T and my disabilities makes me unemployable and no further examination in the future.

Can I be both P&T and unemployable?

You can work if you want to.

VA comp is based on the amount of income your SC disabilities hamper your earnings capability in the working environment. 100 percent means you are totally hampered but you can still work.

This is true only if you are not 100 percent for PTSD.

That's a good rating you you got a combined rating of 100% with P&T with no future exams schedule....you get chapter 35 for spouse and all the benefits and you can still work and add to your income.

I Uunderstand it if a veteran is rating as being TDIU P&T no matter how he gets there if the VA rates him TDIU P& T Then he is not suppose to be working.

Jbasser this would be a good topic on your radio show.

Explain what is a scheduler rating? ''Extra Scheduler'' and why they give it to the veteran & combined ratings 100% with P&T With no future exams scheduled & why the VA Says your unemployable.

A lot of veterans are confused with this.

Although you guys have probably mention this a 100 times!
