My Appeal was with a VLJ who remanded it back to the Regional Office and the RO sent it back to the BVA. I sent an inquiry as to the status of my Appeal and was told that it was placed on the Docket and will be reviewed in the order it was received.
Does this mean it starts over as if it was the first time coming to the BVA?
This Appeal was first received a the BVA in 2008 and was Remanded back to RO in 2014 and sent back to the BVA a few months later in 2014. I am just hoping that I don't have to wait another 7 plus years for it to get to a VLJ.
